Delivery Policy

Health Prep Meals delivers orders Sunday and Wednesday evenings at 7:30 until 9:30 PM and from 10:30 until 11:45 AM on Monday and Thursday mornings. We deliver to both home and business. We are doing our very best to meet the expected delivery date. Be informed that you’re responsible for choosing the most ideal delivery date indicated on the order form.

When you accidentally choose the inappropriate date and the meals will be prepared for pickup and delivery, please be informed that we can’t refund the payment the same day. The delivery days and times might differ because of bad weather, traffic or some other situations out of our ability. When you think you will not be at home when the food is to be delivered to your home, please choose the cooler bag choice to keep the foods fresh.

If you’re not at home, the purchased meal would be left within the most secure location possible. We advise that you put the meal into the refrigerator right after you received it. We are not accountable for any incorrect food handling when the meals were delivered. When you want to inquire regarding your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

The shipping rates will be based on the actual weight as well as the distance the package has traveled before delivered. Usually, the shipping has a flat rate of $3.  All of the meals will be shipped from our centrally situated business office at 205 S Cage Blvd, Pharr, TX 78577 ,they are contained within a reusable Styrofoam container.

For customers that would like to obtain packages instantly than our standard service, we may also use other delivery services. Orders obtained before the cut off time will be shipped the same day. You could also choose the exact date that you want the meal to arrive at your doorsteps if you put the order in our shopping cart. Shipping rates are determined by weight of your package, the service chosen and the distance the meal has traveled.
