How can I edit my menu selections?
When you’re trying to make some changes to the menu selections of any existing order like removing or adding the number of servings that you would like to receive, you can visit the delivery calendar of your account dashboard to make any needed changes through choosing the desired order and hitting the “edit meals” button. Be sure that you save the created changes. We introduce new menus every Friday.
How does meal selection work?
As soon as you sign up with Health Prep Meals, you will fill out the taste profile and we will be using it to match you up with the weekly meal choices that match your dietary limitations and preferences. You could edit your selections or you may skip the weekly delivery anytime, till the weekly due date. Any skip on the deliveries or created edits to your menu selections should be received before the cutoff date and time to the scheduled date of delivery.
How do you keep the foods fresh while in transit?
We ship fresh and new produce with utmost care by using an insulated, biodegradable container with water soluble cool gel packs that are intended to keep the food refrigerated and not frozen.
What may happen when I’m not home during the delivery?
Our delivery staff will leave the package in a safe location within your house. Since the package contains freshly cooked foods with insulated liners and cold packs, it would stay fresh and cold until you arrive home.
How can I change the delivery date?
When you’re trying to make some changes on the menu selections of any existing order like removing or adding the number of servings that you would like to receive, just please go to your account dashboard and then click the date of the order you would like to change. If in case you cannot change the delivery date yourself, please let us know and we will make the change for you. Please send us a message through email.
